How to Set Up Your XeroProxy

A XeroProxy package gives you residential IPs in 176 countries through one set of credentials. This guide takes you from purchase to a working connection in a few minutes. One thing before anything else: proxies are configured and used on a desktop or laptop — phone apps will not take them.

Your credentials

Open XeroProxy in the dashboard after buying a package. Each package shows four values: host, port, username and password. Those four go into any software that accepts an HTTP proxy.

Targeting a country, state or city

Targeting is appended to the password rather than set on a dashboard, which means one package can exit anywhere. The Generate proxies button builds the strings for you: pick a country (and optionally a state or city), how many lines you want, and the format your software expects.

• Rotating (default): every request can exit from a different IP — best for scraping and checking.
• Sticky session: the same IP holds for about five minutes — best for logging into accounts, where an IP that changes mid-session gets you flagged.

Where to paste them

• Chrome or Firefox: use a proxy extension such as FoxyProxy, create a profile with your host, port, username and password, and switch it on.
• Anti-detect browsers (GoLogin, Dolphin, AdsPower, Multilogin): each profile has a proxy section — choose HTTP, paste one generated line per profile.
• Any app with proxy settings: the ip:port:user:pass values are standard.

Managing data and renewals

Packages last 31 days and are metered by data. The dashboard shows what is left, and you can top up more data, extend by 30 days, or roll the password at any time — none of which changes your host or username.
